In Arms Control and Missile Proliferation in the Middle East the numerous contributers describe the proliferation threat of missiles, explore the conditions for a successfull reduction in weapon arsenals and develop a cooperative security concept that includes confidence- and security-building measures. They design three milestones en route to a Missile Free Zone in the Middle East.
