Guest researcher: Hana Biriczová from Charles University Prague

Hana Biriczová studies the impact of bureaucracy on the control of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons

During her stay at PRIF, Hana Biriczová continues her work on "The Impact of Bureaucracy on the Control of Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons". The project aims to explore the influence of the so-called "nuclear bureaucracy" on the strategies designed to promote the non-proliferation regime. The determined cases are the United States, the Russian Federation and the European Union as the three main actors in the nuclear non-proliferation regime.

From July to October, Hana Biriczová works closely with the researchers from department I (headed by Professor Dr Harald Müller).

Her visit is made possible by a DAAD PhD Scholarship and financial support from The Charles University Grant Agency.
