Peter Sutch works on a project about the global commons and international justice. Established legal regimes are failing as resource exploitation becomes a reality in the deep sea bed, outer space and the polar regions. The project revisits the justice and fairness claims made in relation to the global commons. The findings of the project will be presented by Professor Peter Sutch at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz and at PRIF.
From 1 May 2015 until 30 June 2015 Professor Peter Sutch will work closely with Simone Wisotzki from Research Department I. His stay is made possible by an University Research Fellowship from Cardiff University.
