Corporate Security Responsibility?

Corporate Governance Contributions to Peace and Security in Zones of Conflict

Abstract

The book focuses on the role of private business in zones of conflict. It provides a picture of the types of contribution made to peace and security by transnational corporations. The volume comprises a range of comparative empirical case studies based on extensive field research. From this research, conclusions are drawn about what determines these contributions and the implications of these empirical and theoretical findings for the interplay between the public and the private sector in the context of global governance.
