Zum Jubiläum feierten das indische Konsulat und die HSFK gemeinsam Gandhis Vorbild für friedlichen Widerstand.

Neue Mitarbeiterin forscht zu Klima und Sicherheit

Dr. Christina Kohler ist seit Oktober wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in den Programmbereichen „Internationale Institutionen" und „Glokale Verflechtungen". Sie arbeitet u.a. zu Klimaereignissen und Sicherheit und Umweltterrorismus.

 

New researcher on climate and security

Dr Christina Kohler is working as a postdoctoral researcher at PRIF. In her research she focuses on climate and security als well as environmental terrorism and warfare.

Wiederwahl in den Vorstand der Deutschen Stiftung Friedensforschung

Der Stiftungsrat der Deutschen Stiftung Friedensforschung (DSF) hat Sabine Mannitz als Vorstandsmitglied der DSF für weitere drei Jahre bestätigt. Sabine Mannitz ist seit 2016 Mitglied des Vorstands. Wir gratulieren ihr zu ihrer zweiten Amtszeit in dieser Funktion.

 

Re-election to the Board of the German Foundation for Peace Research

The Board of Trustees of the German Foundation for Peace Research (DSF) confirmed Sabine Mannitz as a board member of DSF for another three years. Sabine Mannitz has been a member of the Executive Board since 2016: We congratulate her on her second term in this function.

Wir freuen uns Armenuhi Nikoghosyan als Gastwissenschaftlerin an der HSFK zu begrüßen. Als Stipendiatin des CrossCulture Programms des Instituts für Auslandsbeziehungen forscht sie zwei Monate lang an der HSFK.

We are pleased to welcome Armenuhi Nikoghosyan as guest researcher at PRIF. As a fellow of the CrossCulture Program by ifa (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen), she is staying at PRIF for two months.

Neue Gesichter in der Verwaltung

Wir begrüßen mit Paria Afkar und Stefan Eck zwei neue Kollegen in der Verwaltung. Seit August ist Paria Afkar Auszubildende als Bürokauffrau an der HSFK. Stefan Eck ist seit Oktober im Controlling beschäftigt.

We welcome two new colleagues to the administration: Paria Afkar and Stefan Eck. In August, Paria Afkar started her apprenticeship as an office clerk. Stefan Eck works in Controlling since October.
