On 11th and 12th February, the closing conference "Ethnic Differences in Education across Europe" of the international research project "Ethnic differences in education and diverging prospects for urban youth in an enlarged Europe"(EDUMIGROM) will take place at Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.
PRIF was a member of this project, which was funded by the European Union from 2008 to 2011. On 12th February, PRIF scholar Dr. Sabine Mannitz will present a talk on "Imagined Futures: How Ethnic Minority Adolescents see themselves in Adulthood".
Sabine Mannitz previously hosted a project closing conference on 21st January in Berlin. Together with Prof. Gaby Strassburger and junior researcher Meryem Ucan she presented the results of the German country analyses at the Catholic University of Applied Sciences (Katholische Hochschule für Sozialwesen die Arbeit).
