Library
PRIF maintains the largest library in the area of peace and conflict research in Germany.
Our collection is digitally available and can be searched on our website. In the area of international relations, our library is one of few comprehensive and fully accessible libraries with a focus on theories of international relations, global politics, civil wars, European security, arms dynamics and arms control.
The library is a member of the German Information Network International Relations and Area Studies, a cooperation of German research institutes from the area of international relations. The network curates the database “World Affairs Online”, one of the largest literature databases for international relations.
The library is open to all interested readers, and items can be borrowed locally or through interlibrary loans.
